Creamy Sesame Salmon Nori Wraps

Ingredients
- 7-ounces canned salmon, drained (I like Fishwife Smoked Salmon)
- ¼ cup SideDish Creamy Sesame, plus more for serving
- 2 sushi nori wraps, cut in halves
- 2 mini cucumbers, deseeded and cut into matchsticks
- ½ cup shredded/matchstick carrots
- ½ large avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Method
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, flake the salmon finely with a fork and combine with the SideDish Creamy Sesame. Set aside.
To assemble, place the nori wraps on a large plate. Divide the salmon mixture over each wrap. Then, layer each wrap with the cucumber, carrot, and avocado. Drizzle with the desired amount of SideDish Creamy Sesame then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
